To celebrate the Jeûne Genevois, Beau-Rivage Genève pays tribute to one of the canton’s most cherished traditions through a creation by Pastry Chef Kevin Ollivier. Inspired by his Breton roots, he reimagines this local favourite with a buttery Breton shortbread base, topped with Kirsch-infused almond cream, tender red plums and seasonal mirabelle plums.

Available to order from 8 to 13 September, this tart is designed to be shared and serves 4 to 5 guests.
