Pierrot Ayer (Le Pérolles in Fribourg), Edgard Bovier (former Chef of Edgard's table at the Lausanne Palace) and Dominique Gauthier will put their faithful friendship at the service of gastronomy and will orchestrate an autumnal dinner under the sign of conviviality.
Raymond Paccot, from the Domaine de la Colombe in Féchy, a small village on the Vaud coast, will elaborate a biodynamic wine match. His philosophy: to be inspired by the dynamics of life. On the menu: Ostrich ravioli, chestnut mousse, Alba white truffles or venison with caramelized botzi pears.
