Beau-Rivage Geneva unveils ÈVE, its very first signature gin, born from the meeting of heritage and innovation.

Created in collaboration with LVX Spirits distillery, ÈVE reveals a composition of remarkable aromatic precision, achieved through a cold distillation process that preserves the purity of each ingredient. At the heart of this creation, violet (a delicate tribute to Empress Sissi) intertwines with yuzu, jasmine and Java pepper to create a profile that is both subtle and expressive.
