This fall, the Michelin starred table of Le Chat-Botté will host 3 exceptional dinners. Renowned chefs and winemakers will be honored and will accompany Dominique Gauthier to orchestrate unique menus, elaborated around the finest products and greatest wines. During the final dinner, head sommelier Mikael Grou will unveil some of the treasures that have been carefully preserved in the Beau-Rivage wine cellar for several decades.
Pierrot Ayer (Le Pérolles in Fribourg), Edgard Bovier (former Chef of Edgard's table at the Lausanne Palace) and Dominique Gauthier will put their faithful friendship at the service of gastronomy and will orchestrate an autumnal dinner under the sign of conviviality. Raymond Paccot, from the Domaine de la Colombe in Féchy, a small village on the Vaud coast, will elaborate a biodynamic wine match. His philosophy: to be inspired by the dynamics of life. On the menu: Ostrich ravioli, chestnut mousse, Alba white truffles or venison with caramelized botzi pears.
