On 20 September, Rivage Café pays tribute to Empress Sissi with a brunch inspired by Austria’s rich culinary heritage. Welcomed with a complimentary cocktail or alcohol-free mocktail, guests are invited to discover a selection of traditional Austrian specialties, from herb knödel served with beef consommé to a breaded soft-boiled egg with sautéed girolles and Hollandaise sauce.
